P.S. At this moment, it is not possible to disseminate route and location information to gatherings, because the old autoresponders are not available any more. Another brother is helping us to create new 'autoresponders': e-mail addresses meant to help to find your way to gatherings. If you mail to a 'autoresponder', you get an answer automatically and quickly. We try to make such autoresponders available as soon as possible. In the Rainbow Family, there is no consensus allowing to publish directions to gatherings at websites. That's why, we prefer to publish them at autoresponders who are available to those who have been subscribed to the e-mail edition of CircleLetter. (P.S. Invitation to the summer/ autumn gathering in Germany. To the beloved Family On a wonderful Easter Gathering in Bavaria, we had a consensus for a big gathering in the heart of Germany. The vision is a meeting of our beautiful, beloved shining Rainbow Family after the Bosnia gathering; also as a stopover for caravans and as a power place for local warriors, from little to big, Seed camp begins at Saturday, the 4th of august. The Gathering starts with new moon, Sunday, the 12th of August. Full moon is Tuesday, 28th of august. New moon Tuesday, the 11th of September is the end of the gathering. End of Cleanup is planed Tuesday, the 18th of September. SINAI HEALING-WALKABOUT from 25. September until middle of October 2007 |

Dear Sisters and Brothers, be happily invited for the 7th walkabout in Sinai/Egypt! Again we will walk in the area of Mount Sinai. This time the walk is inspired by the idea of “walking like the bedouins in former times”, from water to water, with dried food, but without animals. We will go without paid help, that means we will carry everything (food, water, equipment) on our backs
We meet at “Farsha Loosa” (Almondtreeplateau) west of “Eliaz Garden” almost at the top of “Gebl Mussa” (Mount Moses / Mount Sinai). Please bring food. (Water they sell at the stands on way up, of cause higher price.)
Before we start walking, we will dry food (vegetables and fruits). This is also the reason why the walk starts at the end of September, when it could be still hot - but also there is plenty of nice fresh food at that time of the year. Also we organize the route by contacting locals (contacts exist from the last walkabouts) and start growing together as a family. It will be a retreat-walkabout, so we like to stay free from tobacco, marijuana, sugar, black & green tea, coffee, alcohol and any other drugs. Please respect and tell everybody you invite.

Here a part of Irene´s equipment list for inspiration: HEAVY BACKPACK IS HELL Good walking sandles (or sneekers), thin socks, woolsocks, long underware, cottontrousers with zipoff, very, very thin cottontrousers or galabaya (arabian very light dress), longarm light shirt, light scarf, fleecegloves, fleecejacket with hood, maybe fleeceblanket, sleepingbag, kitchentowel, 2,5 x 2,5 very thin plastictarp, waterbottle, suncreme, sunprotection for head, string, little compass, cottonbag, isomattress (therma-rest gets holes very often - acaciathorns everywhere), lighter, knife, plate, spoon… (UNFINISHED)

Hi dear European brothers and sisters!
Russian Rainbow Gathering 2008 will take place in the Altai region, probably from 14 July till 5 August, and it is a great chance to see the total eclipse of the Sun on the 1st of August. As far as we know, the eclipse wouldn't be seen anywhere in Europe, so we invite everyone in the world to join us. Last time we observed the total eclipse during World Rainbow Gathering in Hungary in 2000 and many of us remember that wonderful exciting that took us away...
The place in the Altai will be chosen later, as our brothers are still choosing and wandering among the mountains.
You may take special mountain equipment with you- harnesses, carabiners, rock anchors and other, so you could combine two types of rest. Veronica, one of Russians focalisers (Contact info available via the autoresponder.)
