News from the new Rainbow Family in Belarus. From Ratmir, one of the info focalisers in Belarus: (…) We had an excellent Vision Council, with 14 members - we discussed all the necessary things about rainbow traditions and have reached a total consensus on them! We have our own specific in Belarus, so some of the restrictions on our Rainbow can sound quite rigorous, if compare it with Russian Rainbow tradition (for example we decided to put full prohibition on alcohol or any narcotics on the Gathering), but we think that we a going the right way - Rainbow is the place where people try to live in harmony with others and to interact with each other in such way that nobody feels confuse or agitation. When we'll get it all in one document, I'll translate it and send to you, maybe there will be some useful comments. We already decided about the dates of the Rainbow Gathering in Belarus - it will be from 12 to 27 of June, 2010. We thought that 16 days will be quite enough for the begining, and it'll be good to have a chance to visit European Gathering after it :) We'll create a site for our Family, where we'll put all the info about the Rainbow traditions and peculiarities of our Rainbow. And the another project will be Rainbow-wiki, with the history of Rainbow Gatherings and all the material about Rainbow in russian (because now it's a big lack of it, it's only in English.(...)” Belarus Rainbow WIKI.
